We still issue certificates for insurance agencies (more than 2.4 million certificates in the last year!), but also our mission has expanded to provide more than 100 distinct services for retail agencies (commercial, personal lines and employee benefits), MGAs, wholesalers, carriers and more. Today, Patra works with hundreds of agencies, each with a custom mix of services designed to meet the unique needs of the organization.
